DARTFORD UPDATE 9am: All lanes cleared after a lorry crash on the M25 clockwise, just before the toll booths at the QE2 Bridge. Traffic is starting to ease but remains slow back to J29 (A127).
On the A13 Londonbound there is heavy traffic from the Stifford Interchange to the M25 at J30.
