A driver was taken to hospital after a crash between a car and a lorry in Braintree last night.
Firefighters were called to the collision on the B1018 near Cressing, Braintree, after a collision involving one car and one HGV at around 7.38pm.
Two fire crews from Braintree attended the scene.
One female was trapped in her vehicle and she had to be cut free by firefighters using cutting equipment.
She was out of the vehicle by 8.44pm.
