Detectives have charged a man with murder of a woman in Booth Place, Burnham on Friday July 17.The woman has been named locally as 23-year-old Becky Parker, a pregnant mother-of-two. Factory worker Matthew Smith, 23, of Wood Corner Caravan Park in Maldon, was charged last night (Saturday July 18) and will appear before magistrates in Chelmsford tomorrow morning (Monday July 20).
