Passers-by gave an elderly female passenger CPR and a driver suddenly collapsed following a two-car crash in Chelmsford.
A white Kia Picanto was in collision with a red van in Moulsham Street, outside Chelmsford College, at about 1pm today.
According to witnesses, the Kia, carrying a female driver and her elderly passenger, crashed into a stationary red van.
