An air ambulance landed outside Chelmsford College to attend an incident in Moulsham Street today.The road is blocked in both directions as police and paramedics are on the scene of a two-vehicle accident near the Southborough Road junction.Witnesses say two women, in a white Kia, were left seriously injured, shaken and unconscious after the vehicle crashed into a stationary red van.
