Essex's policing community has banded together today (July 9) to pay tribute to police officer Ian Dibell, who died three years ago today protecting his community from a gunman.
PC Dibell was shot in the chest trying to stop crazed shooter Peter Reeve in Clacton, when the gunman was seen firing on his neighbours.
