A young man was punched in the face during an assault in Braintree during the early hours of Sunday.The 24-year-old, who lives in the Braintree area, was attacked at around 3am in Market Place, near The Bull pun.He suffered cuts and bruising to his face and needed dental treatment for damage sustained to his teeth.Two men are believed to have been involved in the assault.
