A campaign to keep Essex roads safe from "morning after" drink drivers this summer has been launched today.
This year's operation coincides with football World Cup and officers will be checking drivers and will be cracking down on those who choose to drink and drive.
They will also be targeting drivers who may be over the limit from the night before – having stayed up late watching World Cup matches.
