A woman was airlifted to Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford this afternoon after a collision in Braintree.
She was injured in a two-vehicle collision on Halstead Road, High Garrett, at around 2.15pm. No one else is believed to have been seriously injured.
The road is currently shut between Peterfield's Lane and Gosfield Lane.
