Chelmsford city centre is experiencing heavy traffic after two reported crashes on Parkway.
Queues have been reported near the Army and Navy roundabout, Three Mile Hill and Essex Yeomanry Way after a collision on the Odeon roundabout at the junction of Parkway and High Bridge Road.
