A lorry driver has kept his license but has been fined £440 and received eight points after smashing into a small car on the M25 near Brentwood.Petru Andrioaie, 34, who lives in Romania, was driving a green MAN HGV, at 5.30pm on September 21 on the motorway when he was in collision with a red Vauxhall Corsa.The vehicles were driving clockwise on the M25 between the M11 junction and junction 28 at the A12.
