Police are on the hunt for a man pretending to be from the council and checking drains for cash.
Essex Police have released an efit image of a man they want to trace in connection with an attempt to obtain money from a woman in Harlow by fraudulent means.
A man attended the address of an elderly woman in The Hornbeams, Harlow, at around 3pm on July 15 purporting to be working for a company on behalf of the council and needed to check her drains.
He was permitted access to the woman's house...
