Another incident on the notorious A12 has seen a slip road partially blocked after a two-vehicle accident.The crash which occured just before 9am this morning (August 18) saw the northbound entry slip road at junction 20b near Hatfield Peverel blocked.An ambulance spokeswoman said: "The East of England Ambulance Service Trust was called to a road traffic collision on the A12 near Hatfield Peverel in Chelmsford just after 8.30 this morning."A rapid response vehicle attended.
