Two people have been taken to hospital after a two-car collision on the Army and Navy flyover, caused when one car drove the wrong way over the one-way stretch of road.Police at the scene said one car, a green Nissan Micra, had used the one-lane flyover to drive away from the centre of Chelmsford, when that direction was closed, crashing into a black Ford KA, which was using the flyover to get into the city.The accident occurred at around 12.45pm, causing slight traffic delays in the area.A...
