Two builders are being treated after a scaffold staircase collapsed on them in Moulsham Street in Chelmsford.The ambulance service sent two ambulance crews, and an air ambulance, after a call just after 11am today explaining the staircase had collapsed in the flats above the Co-operative.One man suffered a head injury and another, described by the ambulance service as "walking wounded", suffered a facial injury.
