A football fan is in a serious condition in hospital after up to 15 football fans were involved in a brawl in the street.The 41-year-old, from Suffolk, suffered serious head injuries following the scrap in East Street, Southend.It happened at around 7.20pm yesterday, near The Railway pub and Prittlewell station.The man remains in the Royal London Hospital today.
