A VAN driver has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a pedestrian was killed walking on a 60mph country lane in the pitch dark.The collision took place at about 6am on Monday on the A1060 Roxwell Road, in between Roxwell and Chelmsford, when a man was walking along the side of the road where there is no footpath.Is it thought that the pedestrian, who witnesses say was wearing a white shirt, was walking towards Chelmsford.
