A 16-year-old boy from Chelmsford has pleaded not guilty to two charges of assault on a Maldon girl.
He appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on May 9 charged with counts of assault and one count of criminal damage after being arrested at his home on Friday, March 28.
The girl, 16, was assaulted on Noakes Avenue at 4pm on Wednesday, March 5 and then again on Thursday, March 27 at Great Baddow Recreation Ground shortly before 8am.
