POLICE are investigating after a pile-up between a lorry and two cars near Braintree Road this afternoon, leaving one person in hospital.
The accident happened just before 2pm today and involved a white articulated lorry, a red Mercedes A180 and a grey Vauxhall Zafira.
An ambulance crew rushed to the scene at Mill Lane near Braintree Road, Cressing at 1.53pm.
One casualty was taken to Broomfield Hospital, in Chelmsford, with minor injuries.
