A nine-month old baby boy involved in yesterday's fatal collision on Essex Yeomanry Way in Great Baddow has been released from Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford.
The child was strapped in a baby seat in the back of a red Ford Fiesta, which had been travelling north towards Chelmsford.
The car crossed the central reservation and collided with a black Vauxhall Vectra going in the opposite direction at around 1pm.
