The QEII bridge between Essex and Kent will be shut shortly before midday in light of the heavy storm predicted to batter Essex.
Motorists are advised that the QEII bridge on the M25 will be closing shortly before midday for approximately 16 hours in light of the weather warning issued by The Met Office.
It is anticipated that it will reopen at 4am Tuesday, December 24.
