Part of the A13 is blocked after a two-car crash caused an oil spill on the road.The accident happened on the eastbound carriageway between the A126 near the Lakeside turn off and the A1202 on Stifford Clays Road at around 11.30am this morning (Tuesday, July 25).One lane is currently closed as the police deal with the collision.
