There is standing traffic in Chelmsford city centre after a crash near the Army and Navy roundabout.
The accident took place on the A138 Chelmer Road, linking the Army and Navy with the Chelmer Village retail park, with queues on all routes on to the roundabout.
A woman in her 20s is being treated at the scene for neck pain, with firefighters believed to be on their way to cut her free from the vehicle.
