Motorists are facing lengthy delays after a broken down car on the A13 has led to seven mile queues.Traffic is now stretching back into Essex though Barking, Dagenham and Rainham thanks to the incident that has blocked one lane of the busy road.The westbound A13 carriageway has been partially blocked due to broken down car close to the Beckton Roundabout.The incident come just days after the same road was closed after a 23-year-old died in a crash involving a HGV lorry.Also read: A13 crash:...
