These are the first pictures of the devastating scene where a 15-year-old Colchester boy was hit and killed by a car this afternoon.Police, ambulance and the air ambulance were called shortly before 12.05pm today to Clinghoe Hill (Saturday February 4) with reports of a collision involving a car and a cyclist.The victim was a 15-year-old boy from Colchester who, sadly, died at the scene.
